The proposal reorganises the building around a double-height atrium, given rhythm by arches that frame the uses — retail, sport, dining — and place them in visual dialogue.
A coffered timber ceiling unifies the whole and filters the zenithal light, lending the commercial space a warm, recognisable atmosphere.
